Who we are
MrktEdge (organisation number 933 850 129), Kristiansand, Norway, is the data controller for personal data collected through mrktedge.no. You can contact us at contact@mrktedge.no.
What we collect
You can send us an enquiry through the form on our Contact page or by email to contact@mrktedge.no. When you use the form, we receive what you fill in: your name, club and email address, and any details you add about the position, your criteria, your deadline or a player. When you email us, we receive your email address and what you write.
Cookies and statistics
We do not use third-party analytics or advertising tools. Our website platform, Wix, collects basic, aggregated statistics about visits through its own analytics, and sets the essential cookies the website needs to work. Any other cookies are handled through Wix's cookie settings for the website.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to follow up on a possible collaboration. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement (GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)). We do not send newsletters or marketing.
Who has access
Our website runs on Wix (Wix.com Ltd.), which hosts it, stores form submissions, sets its cookies and collects visit statistics on our behalf as a data processor. Wix may process data outside the EEA under the transfer safeguards described in its own privacy terms. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries, sent by form or email, that do not lead to working together for up to 12 months, then delete them.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict how we process it and to object to the processing. Email contact@mrktedge.no. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.no).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page.
